It is not a fad. We are seeing all sorts of companies incorporate it not just into marketing, but customer service, and service delivery.
ReplyDeleteEvery industry from Well Point insurance, to Scotty's Brewhouse ( a local restaurant) ,Discount Tire, a home builder in Toronto, and a Realtor here in Indy are all selling more, handling customer complaints, building loyal fans through social media.
